Mohamed Zahir

The author, Zahir is a trained Molecular Biologist and Biotechnologist. At the time of writing this article he was pursuing a PhD in medical genetics in The Netherlands and Tanzania. He was studying the use of next generation sequencing in clinical diagnostics of genetic disorders. He is also a board member of the African Society of Human Genetics.
